    2019-20 Expectations for Shocker Basketball – “Put Up or Shut Up Season Kickoff Ed."

    It has come time to either put-up or shut-up with your predictions for the 2019-20 season. You have seen/heard about how the schedule lays out, scrimmage/exhibition games, who might be “red-shirting”, who’s injured and when they will be available, how other teams in and out of conference are expected to perform this season, well, what do you say?

    Most professional predictions about the 2019-20 season are coming in at 21 wins or less, while on the other hand Shocker Fans are more optimistic with a consensus of 23 wins, therefore leaving the cut-line at 22 wins. So where you putting your Benjamin’s?

    I'm taking the Over baby!!! Mamma needs a new pair of shoes, so let's get it done.

    Shockers are going to be 23-8 (10-8 AAC) for the season or better.

        Sorry, not talking me out of the number of games we win. But not putting my Benjamin's, I'm putting my Marshalls!!

          I went through the season, game-by-game, with a very conservative mindset and came up with 22-9.

          10-3 non-conference (split OU/OSU, split VCU/Ole Miss, some other loss somewhere...maybe West Virginia)
          7-2 at home in conference
          5-4 on road in conference

          That all said, the crazy fan in me says 31-0 until we ain't!
