It is one game, and Nevada wasn't impressive last season...in fact they were downright terrible finishing 7 games behind league leader Utah State. From what I saw last night, Utah State is still at least 6 games better than Nevada. I'm sure there was a reason they were picked to win the WAC....I just have no idea what that reason was. I'd be willing to wager any amount of money that Nevada isn't going to win in the Spectrum this season. ANY amount of money.

Also, it isn't totally unique for a new coach to come in, especially a first time head coach, and make a BIG splash in his first game. That doesn't always foretell the future.

All that being said, the Bears looked very good last night. Oklahoma State better be prepared.....VERY prepared.

As long as MSU's opponents go 26% from 2pt, 20% from 3pt (25 shots), and 50% from FT line all year they will be in great shape.

Good win by MSU but nothing amazing, I'm pissed ISUR couldn't come out of Fresno with a win.

Evansville was down 13 just a few minutes ago, but have gone on a 14-2 run to cut the Butler lead down to 54-53 with a little over 8 minutes left.

Sounds like a good atmosphere at the new arena in Evansville. The way things were sounding about 20 minutes ago I didn't think the Aces had a chance but this one is definitely going to go down to the last minute. Evansville is now up 63-61 with 3:53 left. Hope they can pull off the upset.

Well, after it was reviewed they called a foul on Evansville with 0.2 seconds left and they didn't count the basket because it didn't get out of the Butler's players hand in time. The Bulter player will now go to the line to shoot two shots.
