I have a question that's a bit off topic. If I'm out having lunch and I see a member of the team ordering something, does it break any rules to pick up the tab for his burger? I mean buying someone lunch like I would seeing someone in the military/law enforcement, or Fever cause he looks homeless. Seems harmless but figured I should ask.

A violation, for sure. But if you're in the insurance business and ask him if you can review his insurance policies, and also buy the burger, then you are treating a client and not a player.
