I would like to see 6 freshmen become sophomores and 2 JC transfers enter their second season in the program.

2. Starters 8-45
3.. Step back for JB - we really need a PG badly
4. Effort was okay but shooting was terrible
5. No perimeter ball movement at all

Don’t know if it was isolated but the pass to MM in the lane that was picked off MM just stood there and made some motion with his hand but made NO effort to get down court. The bugs played well tonight. DD late offense decent D. Seemed as if JB took a step back

JB needs to improve on finishing. He gets to the cup but misses more shots than he should.

He needs to learn body control and court awareness. You can’t finish if you go straight up and are 4 inches shorter than the 3 guys surrounding you.

Ball movement, or lack thereof, has been a major issue all year. When it does move we often miss the open guys. Much of this can be attributed to lack of experience and lack of chemistry. If it doesn't improve next year we'll have to assume they are just bad passers.

SHJ takes a look at it every night and then tries to pull off the same plays in his games. It’s all about the one on one.

1. Not a great game for JB
2. Rod who?
3. Ricky looks to be a nice young man but would expect more for a JuCo player at this point in the season
4.Big guys look good
5. We need some consistent shooting to take the next step
6. The seniors are who they are at this point

Just think of some of our head scratching passes we make, leaving our feet and no where to go. Not keeping our dribble alive and being sped up. Need a point guard, Burton is a two or three. He’s done we’ll considering. IPC, hope he sticks it out, the best feet and agility of our bigs, big upside. As bad as it’s been this year we’ve played everyone relatively tough, but our turnovers and ability to put people on the free throw line has affected the team. Few stabilizers next yr and who knows.

I agree . Torres did play one of his better games. I haven't looked but I bet Torres and JB lead this team in assists.

I looked. They had 1 assist and 2 turnovers between them. SHJ had 4 assists and 1 turnover.

Our transition D is some of the worst of the Marshall era

Almost as bad as our transition offense.

I like Ricky but not sure what he was doing today. He lost the ball several times simply dribbling with no one within 5 feet.

Credit Cincinnati's defense for part of our putrid shooting, but for the most part we're simply not a good shooting team.

Good points are, yes, a few Freshmen have improved, but a few have stagnated.as well or gone backward,

Delighted to see the significant improvement Asbjorn has made.
