                    If I am Marshall I think I would recruit only juco dudes in the office season, and the key requirement would be they have thick beards.

                                Really a great idea, how long did it take you to think this one up.

                                Consider this, Did it ever dawn on you that if Marshall leaves, we will almost certainly lose our entire new recruiting class.
