I was pre-season skeptical of ES , thought he was over-hyped; but his play this year has made me a believer and fan.

21 assists on 30 baskets and only 9 turnovers (with a few of those offensive fouls). 23-30 (76.7%) from the line is very good as well. Definitely moving in the right direction.

RT may not be much of an offensive threat himself but the team's ball movement is better. Ball doesn't get stuck in his
hands and he sees the court. If only AM could just slow down a little and get himself under control. When he figures
that out he could really help us out on both ends. JE and Udeze continue to improve. Baylor will be a much better test.

I didn't watch much of the game...never saw Midtgaard play. You think part of his problem is being too sped up? I have been wondering about that myself. Maybe speeding up because he is not anticipating or seeing the court that well.

I think the problem is more with fans expectations rather than Asbjorn's play. Some always expect immediate big things from big players.

We played the best and looked the best in the first when he was out there and SHJ was on the bench.

SHJ didn't actually have a terrible game today, mainly because he didn't throw a shot up every time he touched the ball. So at least he's trying in that respect. He still takes bad shots and has the ball stuck to him too much.

Stevenson and Dennis is a good pair of freshmen to build a team around. Udeze is another freshman who has had some good minutes. A lot to be excited about.

By the time Udeze is a senior, we’re gonna put him in the group with all time bigs at WSU. I’m not sure the last time we had a true freshman big play like he plays this early.

Love the progression of Ricky's floor game offensively. Needs to add strength this off season so he can body up when guarding. Not concerned about his shot. His stroke is fine.

Solid on most all fronts. Ricky continues to make strides. Morris and Jamie have settled into the two headed post monster role. Rod Brown gave us a few nice minutes today.

Prior to our game, Rice was hitting .370 from 3pt for their other 6 games. Rice made 11 fewer FTs than Houston and that was the difference in the score.

The future is bright.
Markis and Samajae did not force thing for the most part. They had 9 assists between them.
Ricky is running things better and better. Now, just make a few more shots.
Jaime has become a solid presence. Morris and Asbjorn in support is a good thing. Not sure why there is so much criticism of Asbjorn with so little floor time as a basis. He did pretty well today.
