This would have been a good test for last year’s team. This year’s team, at this point in the season, is going to beat by more than 20.

10 years ago we were a team loaded with freshman and played #21 Georgetown and #6 Michigan State pretty close after losing to UMKC a week earlier.

I’m expecting to get blown out but I have hope a Marshall coached team can play way over their heads.

Man, just looking for some toughness on Friday. Just a grit your teeth, “I don’t give a **** who you are” type of effort would be encouraging to see. Making shots will come and go this year, but let’s just focus on being the aggressor from the tip.

Being tough and punching people in the mouth isn’t in this teams DNA thus far. Hopefully by 1st of the year we will see some of that. Need that to beat a Cooley coached team.

If MM continues to shoot the ball every time he gets it, we will lose by 20. If he wants to be a leader, then lead by example. Get your teammates involved, show them you have to do the dirty work to get rewarded. Share the ball, get rebounds and for the love of God stop with the out of control crazy a$$ contested shots. Be smart and play angry. The scouts are not watching you anymore MM. GO SHOCKS!!
