  • 2018-19 AAC Non-Conference Wins/Losses: Week 1 Record Predictions?

Here are the American Athletics's (AAC) non-conference records over the last few years. I am predicting the AAC will do much better this year, compared to previous seasons.

    2018-19* 116 77.9% 33 22.1% 149
    2017-18 103 69.6% 45 30.4% 148
    2016-17 85 63.0% 50 37.0% 135
    2015-16 89 65.0% 48 35.0% 137
    2014-15 80 62.0% 49 38.0% 129

    I voted 18 wins and 2 losses.

Games which are mostly likely to create a loss for the AAC are:
    Wichita State vs. Providence
    Ohio State at Cincinnati
    #17 Florida State at Tulane

The AAC will win at least one of these three games.

It's Great to be an American!!!

What I like about this is that we are in a conference that can command home games. Only the Shockers neutral court matchup with Providence isn't a home game this week.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

As a comparison to the MVC week one:
        total 18 games
        has 4 Division II games
        has 7 away games

East Carolina beat Lamar in OT today. Caught some of the Tulane game, they had a starter out with injury and had a freshman guy who played on the China National team who looks great. Tulane cut it to 6 late before fading. Still a bad day...
