          Scary

"What I probably learned was that when you have success, you've probably got to move on," Les says. "In this day and age, it's difficult at any level to win consistently. ... It was more so out of loyalty to my alma mater. We were in the process of building some new resources and facilities. I hung around - and probably hung around too long."

Agreed. In all those seasons he only had three years with a winning record against the rest of the Valley. His best year was only two games over .500 (11-7).
