Sounds like the NCAA is trying to prevent a move similar to what Huggy did in going to KSU where Huggy didn't have to adhere NCAA rules while building his team at KSU.
What the NCAA will do the Haith, who knows? Could drop the hammer on his recruiting or sent him a harshly worded letter. It's the NCAA and two BCS teams. Don't know who he brought with him from Miami? They didn't do all that much to Tennessee as a team with a all new staff, but then again Miami looks like it should be SMU version 2.0 X 10. Then again it is the NCAA dealing with a BCS team.Comment

Fans are split on whether Haith will be able to recruit until this is resolved. Some fans - and a newspaper - are already recommending firing him.
They were not aware of the penalties assessed against Pearl, so I pointed them to that article. That might heat up the discussion there a bit.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
