Any word on why McDuffie and Midtgaard decided to switch numbers?

Also, seems like number swapping has become more commonplace in the past few years. More so than in the first half of the Marshall era, at least.

Show me a 2 handed signal for 16-19 ...

Refs need to be able to show the scorers table a number on 2 hands. Eliminates any number >5

Someone alluded to it, but in NCAA rules, no player can have any number that is over 5.
