Brazilian question

Paul S. said back during the Andre Walker saga that for a new player to be "eligible to play" during WSU's upcoming Brazil trip, he'd need to be enrolled in summer school by July 5.

Obviously that date is long past, but if WSU adds someone before they go to Brazil (e.g., Garrett Green or Darnell Harris), I'm assuming this means the player could go along and practice, just not play? If so, that could be a nice little bonus for someone who comes on board between now and the trip.

I think this is the key point and probably excludes them from practices as well. Since it is too late to take summer classes, they cannot become students at WSU until the Fall (and therefore are not part of the team until then).
