In the ancient times a bad harvest or another run of bad luck meant the gods needed to be appeased. From the Celts to the Azteca this meant a member of tribe needed to be sacrificed to appease the spirits and bring back the bounty. Also an opportunity for the priests to thin the herd...addition by subtraction if you will.

Choose wisely, or indiscriminately, who should go down the altar steps.

No sweat FadedCrown, I won't let you go to the fiery furnace or puffing volcano by yourself. Plus you know how many times I have been threatened by other "Shockernet'ers" to restrict my posting privileges or banned completely? Hasn't happened yet. Also, of those who voted to sacrifice either of us, or both of us all they would have to do is simply set their respective viewing profiles to ignore our postings, but they don't. I wonder why?
