  • Yellow out for the last game.

Everybody wear yellow on Sunday. Get the mojo going!

An unofficial yellow out per Mike Kennedy, He said he wasn't supposed to promote it. Not sure why anyone would care if he promoted it but that is what he said,

Is this official or is it like the "blackout" for the IBA game?
Its a good landing if you can walk away, its a great landing if the plane can be reused the next day.

        Unofficial grass roots effort.

Mike announced it a couple weeks ago and then one of his supervisors told him not to talk about it anymore. Nobody cares to explain why they would tell him that.

Because we are big-time and we don't hold yellow-outs for big games.

          We just freaking wear yellow.

Technically an official yellow out would require everyone to wear a Pantone 109U colored shirt according to the following article:

            https://thesunflower.com/6269/news/d...ficial-colors/

For coated applications it is Pantone116C: https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/116-C

What a coated application is I really don't know.

If this is "The Shocker Faithful" initiated, I think I'll take a hard pass and wear black.

Just look around. Someone will wear a "red shirt". The problem with a black shirt is that Cincy is red and black.

They chose to engage in one-sided public pissing match with the marketing department. Some folks are pretty full of themselves over on that fb group. Not to mention they think we're kind of meanies over here.

The group is largely made up of narcissists and just overall crazies. I will say the marketing department's response of "lack of resources" for a yellow out was pretty embarrassing.

does the school feel like they have to provide yellow shirts for everyone if they are going to call for a "yellow out"? Just a thought as SMU had red a white shirts on all the seats for their "stripe the arena" game against us.

I doubt they feel any obligation to provide shirts for everyone. They didn't at the stripe out against Houston.
