    I have not taken the time to accumulate stats by actual game-by-game starters, but have lumped Shamet, Brown, Kelly, Morris and Frankamp as starters and have aggregated Nurger, Willis, Reaves, Jones, McDuffie and Keyser as "reserves." Statistically, not much diostinction between the two groupings.
