Rich Hollenberg and Tom Crean are calling the game on ESPN2 this Saturday. Can't said I've heard Crean on any calls yet this year. I can say I've heard John Thompson III and don't care much for his style.

OKLAHOMA at No. 3 WICHITA STATE (-9), Sat. 3:00 p.m. The best individual matchup of the weekend will be between Landry Shamet and Trae Young. Young looks like arguably the best point guard in college basketball – and potentially the National Player of the Year – while Shamet is the first opponent that Young will face with this kind of size and length; Shamet is 6-foot-5. Wichita State’s defense has not been as good as it has been in past years, but Gregg Marshall knows how to scheme. This will also be the first true road game in a rough environment that Young has experienced as a collegian.- PREDICTION: Nine points is a lot of points, but I think that the Shockers will cover that. I also expect the line to be less when it comes out. Wichita State (-9)

"Weekend lookahead:..." - ESPN
John Gasaway, ESPN Insider

At 7-1 and ranked 20th, Rick Barnes' Volunteers have plenty of conference company in the rankings as they welcome No. 7 North Carolina on Sunday.
"Oklahoma at No. 3 Wichita State, Saturday, 4 p.m. ET, ESPN2/WatchESPN
Well, let's see. In one corner we have OU's Trae Young, a freshman who, if the season ended today, would be able to make a very, very good case as the national player of the year. In the other corner we have the third-ranked Shockers, who are 66-2 at home since the beginning of the 2013-14 season. The collision will be spectacular. Young is pushing the performance horizon for what we thought a 6-foot-1 scoring point guard could do, let alone a freshman 6-foot-1 scoring point guard. Carrying a workload on offense not terribly dissimilar to what we saw Steph Curryhandle for Davidson a decade ago, Young has mastered every responsibility in his vast portfolio, including scoring from both sides of the arc, keeping turnovers to a bare minimum, distributing the ball and defense. Now, in the first true road game of his career, he'll tangle with 6-foot-4 Landry Shamet and a WSU defense that can best be described as relentless. This is going to be good."
