One thing I like about 3G when he left Winthrop to come to Wichita State was that he did not take any players from the Winthrop program. In fact, I believe he told the kids he had been recruiting that he recruited them on Wintrhop's dime and that they should stick with Winthrop.

3G may be a little cocky, but from what I can tell the man has a strong sense of what's right and what's wrong and he does things in an honorable way.

I sure like how he stresses academics to his recruits. Some recruits may not like hearing that but I can guarantee you the parents like it.

Winning is great fun, but winning with class is the best of all.
