UConn has been one of those teams with a second season.

They finished ninth in the Big East standings in regular season....than took off at the Big East tournament and didn't lose a game through the NCAA finals.

They weren't hitting on all cylinders early...then something kicked in.

Agreed. From about 8 pm Thursday right on through the celebration on Friday, I had a big goofy happy smile on my face. Yes, it was the NIT, but it still felt so good. Drinking from the chalice of victory is pretty tasty.

There is a lot of recruiting and much info will be going around over the next few months. Signing period isn't too far out and the summer AAU circuit along with an over seas trip for the team and summer pick up games. There's plenty going on... :D

Shocker Basketball is year around for me. I use to be an Atlanta Braves fan during the summer but to much going on with the team I really love to pay attention anymore to the Braves. Signing period starts next week!
