  • Comparing first time final four coaches

John Calipari's team only lost by one where Shaka Smart's team was really pushed farther away in the closing minutes.

I find it interesting that both first time Final Four coaches lost.

I wouldn't be surprised if Calipari reached another Final Four soon, it would again be his first one.

I'm sad -- I thought I could get someone wondering what the heck I was talking about. You shockernet people are way smarter then the people at Old Chicago.

            ?

            I'm obviously missing something.

Calipari has been there twice before.

A friend told me that someone at the media day asked Calipari what it felt like to be coaching in his first Final Four.

                lol

That made it to the Internet, TV or someplace. Heard it already. Good one. I understand Calipari didn't take kindly to it.

I thought Shaka Smart dropped the ball after Butler got the game going their way. It may be too early for him to jump up to a good BCS program.
