35 is a real possibility, but so is winning by 3. KU will end VCU's run, but seeing how they have won 4 games in the NCAA's that is a real impressive accomplishment. I wonder if playing that extra play-in game will show up against KU in tired legs. I know, they are college kids and can hack it, but it has to play a role a little bit you'd think.

They looked tired late against FSU, and KU will shoot at a much higher percentage then FSU did.

      KU by 15.

And then there were two: The Butler and VCU.

I still have two teams left I can root for. If a BCS team has to win it I can root for UCONN, since we almost beat them.

No we don't! We need more against Syracuse, Purdue, and other teams that were ranked in the top 10, but weren't one of the top 10 teams in the nation. Increases our odds of a win and an at large.

VCU's key to success will be dictating pace.

If they can dictate the pace to KU, something VERY difficult to accomplish, then they have a chance.

I actually think the FSU game was good for VCU. It gave them some good experience being successful against a GREAT defensive team, yet gives them plenty to work on in preparation for the hawks.

Certainly, KU must not play their A game for VCU to win.

A VCU Butler final is too much to ask for I am afraid, but man it would be nice.

We all realize that WSU should be in VCU's place in the The Big Dance. But, do you realize how much we pi$$ed down our leg?

WSU would have had VCU's 11 seed.
VCU played & beat Florida State in the Sweet 16.
WSU played and lost in 2OT in the NIT to who? Florida State.
We would have won, had our payback and went to the Elite 8.

And who does VCU play in the Elite 8? KU
A WSU-KU showdown in the NCAA Tournament since 1981. 30 years.

Oh, and what are VCU's team colors? Black and Yellow.
