They're going to want the two #1's and the NCAA's top rejects in "prime time". It's the bigger draw.

A 6:00 pacific start time probably works much better for the Washington State fans rather than a 4:00 pacific start time.

I'll hold with 6 pm on the Shock Clock, as the official NCAA and ESPN TV listings are still both showing that as game time.
