I agree, they'll want to see what other games shake free, schedule and travel wise, before making the decision on the time.
Kind of surprises me, as I can only assume that ESPN wants WSU as their flagship game.

I think that ESPN was expecting VT to win because the announcers were saying that CofC would be facing the winner on Tuesday early in the game.Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.Comment

That is exactly right. Espn was planning on our game being on Tuesday night. They didn't count on WSU winning.Originally posted by Ta Town Shocker
Now some team (maybe 2) that play on Monday night is going to have to turn around and play again on Tuesday night. They may have to travel too.
They will have 3 winners on Monday but only room for 2 of them to play on Wednesday (the other 2 slots on Wednesday are now being taken up by WSU and Cof C).
One of the Tuesday games is the Colorado-Kent State game. The other one was obviously suppose to be VT and CofC. We spoiled it for espn and now they are scrambling to figure out their schedule.Comment

I hope I get through this thought without being critisized, because I know CoC posses a great threat to us on Wednesday. And we must win the first game in MSG, but two intriguing matchups jump out at me. Both MSU & Colorado are potential finalists on the other end of the bracket. Just sayin!Comment
