My church has a 15-foot projection screen in the sanctuary and seating for 800. I can guarantee there will be a lot of praying during that game so what better place?

I was thinking that a tour of the weight machines, followed by 20 minutes in a sauna, followed by a long run, followed by 20 minutes with a (or as a) punching bag, followed by more weights would be appropriate.

We're gonna be challenged by Va Tech. And a workout like that above may be similar to what we'll be going through when we take the floor vs. Seth Greenberg's boys.

I'll probably go to church the night before this workout.
