Been trying online for last hour, can make it up to the page that says Nebraska and thats it, cant get through.
I guess that is good sign that a lot of people are trying to buy tickets right now.
It looks like there are lots of great seats available. This might be a once in a lifetime chance for a lot of people to get a real good seat at a Shocker basketball game.
Any word on the baseball game? If they move the game up I might try and leave in time to catch at least some of the baseball game before heading over to the basketball game. Or if they leave the time the same, I will leave the basketball game and catch the end of the baseball game.
THERE ARE FLOCKS OF BIRDS AND MANY A CAT ------ BUT ONLY ONE WUSHOCK!

Maybe not. Just got off the phone with a friend who had just bought two tickets on line in row 9 (about 7 pm).
It sounds like there are still lots of good seats available.
Remember though that many folks will simply reserve their season ticket seats. So the fact that a lot of good seats remain doesn't mean that the half the seats haven't been reserved. The good thing about Koch Arena is that there aren't a lot of bad seats. No doubt some or better than others.
Personally a row 3 or below center court seat is not great IMO due to the obstruction of the benches, players, media, officials, etc.
There will be plenty of corporate seats available that are usually all gobbled up by the big businesses as they will choose not to renew all of their tickets for the NIT. Hence the REALLY good seats available.
It'll be a packed house. And the 1 GOOD thing about this it will probably be the best atmosphere all season given that it's a Big XII team and that those corporate seats will be possibly full of HARDCORE fans that will make lots of noise instead of the more casual fans.
"He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

One of the things that make home NIT/CBI games a lot of fun, despite the disappointment of not making the Big Dance.

BS. I watched and listened to the crowd roll over and die at about the 8 minute mark against Stanford.
Those who say the "Gray Hairs" can't keep up for a whole game have something left to prove.
