I agree. Clemson was the biggest joke of the tournament and I hope they get worked by UAB. Harvard had an RPI of 32 (?) and didn't get in. St. Mary's had a better resume. But no, let's take the crappy ACC team instead. Also, I don't think USC shouldn't have gotten in either. RPI of 70 and they get an At-Large? What?

VCU at least had a 51 RPI, but they lost 5 of their last 8. I think that's one of the reasons so many people have a problem with them getting in over some of the other teams. I'll be rooting for them to win however, no doubt.

I love the little guy more than anybody and will defend them in the end. But I'm not gonna try to be the biased guy. UAB and VCU got gifts. Plain and simple.

St. Mary's and Colorado have the biggest beefs IMO. Colorado looked like a tournament team this week. They have some big wins. Yeah, there's some cons to their resume, but I think they got the shaft.

If you even believe that, 15 is way more than enough to justify any outcome they want. No need to enumerate them -- they'll just change them whenever it's convenient.

Exactly. Although they try to look all scientific with their formulas and criteria, selecting tourney teams is more of an art than a science (and it just so happens that the type of art the committee prefers is BCS).

But Clemson is from the ACC. You don't have to be a good team to get in the Dance if you are from the ACC. USC was at least playing really good over their last ten games or so. If they play like they did at the end of the year, they will surprise some teams. I can't believe St. Marys didn't get in. They are a good team.
