A year and a half ago when WSU was making its run to the S16, a sportswriter interviewed X and quipped that his appearance in the '92 movie Singles was the greatest sports cameo of all time.
Some may disagree (Kareem in Airplane comes to mind), but a lot of WSU fans had never seen the movie.
It's a bit late, but the clip finally showed up on Youtube.
To set it up, Kyra Sedgwick (the female in the clip) was looking over the male's (Campbell Scott) bedroom, when she made a disparaging remark about the X-Man's tendency for on-court roughness when she sees the Seattle Supersonics poster he had hanging on his door.
"She dares diss the X-Man", he says.
A few moments later, they're getting it on, and this happens:
WARNING: Possibly not safe for work or for the faint of heart.
Love it.
