Valley fans in St Louis

This was the first year that we have gone to the tournament. We had good conversations with all the other teams fans, we had a blast with UNI fans in our lobby and then a totally different group of them at a bar. Creighton fans on the other hand are the the most arrogant ***holes I have ever been around. Are they always like that?

If you have never been its well worth it even if our team came up short, cant wait till next year. :goshocks:

You will find most fans are really fun to be around in St. Louis. We've had good conversations with people from every school. Of course, there are those that are arrogant looking to cause trouble but they are a minority. People should come to St. Louis, it's always fun until the end. Sometimes the end just comes too early.

honestly before this weekend, I really didnt care for UNI. But after hanging out with a few of their fans at the TGIS irish pub, they were pretty cool. We spent the whole evening Saturday night talking smack on Creighton, as I found out they hate Creighton just as much as we do. They did say they respected our program a ton and was rooting for us to win it after they lost. Actually I talk to one of their student and he said he hates the new dance that the UNI student do. Just found it interesting

Ran into a handful of MSU fans this morning....all pleasant.

I am beyond tired of seeing team after team celebrate winning, then when we lose, celebrate more that WSU lost.

Creighton fans, constantly not in their own seats and being asked to move, mega-douche in 102, making fun of UNI etc. Bad things can't happen to that group in large enough quantities.

Was anyone aside from DUBulldog and McBulldog in attendance for Drake? Although they almost out numbered UE fan. ISUB showed up by the dozens.

ISUR, BU are always good. Don't have a good pulse on UNI yet, but they get the anti-CU vote of confidence from me for now.

A hearty THANKS go out to the WSU fans across the stadium in the VIP seats, about row 1 or 2 yesterday. Thanks for all the negative karma you collected for CONSTANTLY attempting to annoy MSU fan with the throat slash, goggles, chest pound and crowd inciting arm motions. Can't wait to see how long we have to pay that little act back. Another 21 years?

The vast majority of WSU fans there were fantastic, as usual and well behaved. I just wish we could get rid of that needless crap, especially when it's not over.

We've gone to St. Louis many times, and had a lot of fun with many of the better teams fans. UNI, Creighton, Bradley. But this year I had five MSU guys, from old to young, get in my face without provocation. It was hard to believe, but it had my group cheering our guts out for Creighton, which felt real strange.

Congratulations to ISU. They played great, were classy, and deserved to win.

WSU fans are great. I'm proud to be one of them, but I'm sure wondering why I make that long trip every year other than for a steak at Tuckers!

McBulldog wasn't there.....that makes 2 years in a row he's missed. Because of this, at least 7 bars have been forced to shut down. :D

huh how so? had to deal with the disapointment of what was saturday night so how, I definitely wasnt gonna go all miami heat on everyone and cry in my hotel room all night lol
