  • Last 4 games:

    Murry:

    FG - 5-32 15.6%
    3 Pt - 1-8 12.5%
    A - 12
    TO - 9
    PF - 7
    RB - 13

    Kyles:

    FG - 14-32 43.8%
    3 Pt - 9-22 40.9%
    A - 4
    TO - 3
    PF - 5
    RB - 12

Kyles make rate is not awful. However, when he goes 3-11, I get the impression that his overall make rate is much lower.

As someone alluded above, the 2 guard point production and consistency is a problem.

    • I'm going to give Kyles a pass on two of the 3-balls he jacked up last night. They were late in the shot clock and somebody had to shoot it and Williams certainly doesn't make those as often as Kyles does. That accounts for 2 of Kyles 6 attempts.

Kyles also took two mid-range jumpers. Something he hadn't been doing lately. He had a steal and dunk, and a nice drive to the basket, and one good 3-ball on a kick-out.

His shot selection was much better this game. He just needs to start knocking them down. Sure, early in the year he looked like an all-star, but he was only shooting 3s. I like the approach he showed last game, and if he can just make a few more, we'll be in great shape. Seriously, if he just made 2 more of his shots, nobody on here is complaining.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

Your right about shot selection, but like Murry the shot isn't falling.

On a side note...I'm keeping you Mom & Dad out of trouble here in STL! :good:

If you are referring to the charge on Hatch, I agree. I thought the defender was directly under the net.
Yeah, here's a snapshot of that play. The defender looks like he's under the basket.
