Predict the winner and the final score. The winner will be determined by predicting the winner and (1) having the closest point spread and, if needed in case of a tie, by (2) having the closest actual score. Only the winner will advance to the next round. If nobody predicts the correct team, the winner will be determined by point spread and if necessary, closest actual score.

Since we can't have ties, you cannot predict a score (regardless of the winner) that has already been used. If you do, you will be disqualified. No edits are allowed. Your post must be in before the start of the game.

Not sure why 75-61 is considered superior to the 69-56 prediction, but I guess that's the rules.

Shockakahn did get the point spread right and that's what the rules say determines the winner, not the closest prediction of the actual score (which is only used to break a tie in predicting the spread).

Actually all three guys made very good predcitions.

Maybe next year we should just predict total combined score with no duplicates.

No, I figured if correct. Point spread is the first consideration under the rules. Shockakahn was the only one with the correct spread of 14. Shockakahn advances.
