I'd really like to see Garrett on the Most Improved team next year.
Can it happen? The last two legitimate post players we had (Miller and Mack) both had substantial improvement during their Sr seasons. Egelseder was a completely different player his Jr and Sr seasons.
Evidently Stutz gets more respect from our opponents sports writers than he gets from SN. Could it be that we are a little too demanding of our team?
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades. We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.
Congrats to Garrett, but being on that team tells me that there isn't much post depth in the conference outside of WSU. We really need him to have a Troy Mack-like senior transformation.
If Kyles can add consistency next year, I really like our prospects.

I'm not sure we need a transformation of Garrett so much as consistency. Like both Toure' and David, when Garrett played well this season he looked dominate, but all three of them were wildly inconsistent from game to game, disappearing completely at times.
Even with the inconsistency, all three earned some form of All-Valley honors. If they could find consistency for a post-season run this year and throughout next year, it makes us a whole different team.

Yeah, especially when some are predicting careers in the NBA..
This is the way to go fishing. Have the fish bait the hook, throw it in the water, put it in their mouth, poke it through their cheeks, and then jump into the boat.
I may have over-estimated the upside of a couple of players. We'll know in 3 or 4 years. When those players didn't perform at the level of their potential upside, I realized it was my mistake and didn't criticize them for their inability to play to my expectations.
