STL Roll Call

Leaving Thursday morning on a man trip (+4 and wives staying home). Going to all games.

I want to party with these guys.

With 3 of us being engineers who don't drink (and the other being a minor) - I guess it depends on what you define a "party". :innocent:

1) The Mentor and I define "STL Party" as watching game after game of College Basketball, with in depth discussion of such before, during and after.

2) After the games, motoring over to The Hill and chowing down on top shelf Italian fare.

3) Next day, repeat Steps 1 & 2.

That is all. 8)

Then it will be a party!!

Surprised this hasn't been started, so here goes.

As usual, The Mentor and I will hit town about 5:00 PM Thursday.

Probably skip the Thursday night games, cause they won't be worth watching.

Besides, Zia's will be calling and that is one tough temptation. Actually, resistance is futile because that is some seriously good Italian eats.

After that, it's basketball orgy time.

I just hope there is still a reason to be there on Sunday. 8)

Probably skip the Thursday night games, cause they won't be worth watching.

Besides, Zia's will be calling and that is one tough temptation. Actually, resistance is futile because that is some seriously good Italian eats.

I won't make it to the Lou this year. I plan on going to Dallas to watch the baseball team.

Ths will be my first trip to St L since Marshall's first year. Afterword its on to New York and MSG for the Big East tourney, my first trip there.

Also, congrats on the first time visit. Shocker road trips, especially St. Louis, must be experienced first hand to capture the spirit and sense of family that embodies Shocker Nation. Our home crowds are great, but these folks bleed Black and Yellow, and it's AWESOME to be a part of. If it doesn't move you, at least a little, then I have to question your heart a bit.

Nervous, excited and hopeful, I cannot wait to get there.
