Here is why we have at least a solid chance. It is called "eye of the tiger mentality." We all know and understand we have the quality depth and talent to do this. However, are we tough enough to execute and play Shocker basketball for 3 whole games? The only band-aid that can stop the bleeding is for the Shocks to win it all. We can't have a half like last game in St. Louie or we will fall flatter than a pancake. 0 assist and 9 turnovers? No thanks. I would not bet the farm on this, but do NOT be shocked if we do the Lew. Just how bad do these Shocks really want this automatic birth to the Big Dance? Stay tuned!!!!!!!

We'll easily win our first two games. Destroying our opposition by so much that the walk-on's will get minutes.
Then the Championship game will arrive. We'll play either Creighton or MoState and due to our previous two games, we'll be the favorite despite the seed. We'll then proceed to shoot 35% and have 15+ turnovers. We'll be down by 8 at the half and finally lose by only 3 points. We won't even get a last second shot off.
Summary: We'll do great in our first two games, then decide to not "show up" for the Championship game."Say it slowly and savor it..."

There are a couple of coaches (Martin, Jacobsen) who seem better at countering Marshall's game than Marshall is at adjusting. UNI without O'Rear shouldn't be a threat.
If it comes down to either CU or MSU in the finals, I'd want CU. There's the old thing about how hard it is to beat a team three times, but WSU has looked a lot better against CU than MSU.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

On a serious note; I’m not sure there’s a more dedicated fan base in the country that has experienced so many conference tournament disappointments. If there’s such a thing as a team and a fan base deserving a championship, this must be the year. If coaches, players and fans give it their very best this weekend, I’m confident Shocker Nation will be celebrating with tears of joy Sunday afternoon. It’s time to complete some “Unfinished Business”."You Just Want to Slap The #### Outta Some People"
