Your point is valid about the corporate seating being deserted. It was senior night. That's effing pathetic.
Does anyone notice everytime the crowd gets into it, the opposing team immediately answers? The loudest it got in the building (before the AE dagger) was right before sCUm got it down into Lawson where he made like his only basket of the night. I frankly can't get up and loud when I know in 2 seconds the other team will answer and the crowd is just gonna sit down anyways.
Spot on about the big noise answers. You know what would really be killer? If we would respond to those moments with more noise. Instead of letting the other team shut us down, let them fire us up.
Anyway though. SASO seats gotta be filled. That's just inexcusable.

Do all these old people that get to the game at noon not work, I seriously want to know what they do for a living because it must be nice. By god I hope they are not living on welfare!
Yes me with my mighty 5 posts, oh wait I have a job, a family, and a kid, I have contributed to WSU, I still do with cash and time probably more than you will ever be able to fathom.
As for the old people, they get there about three, she's a stay at home mom, I think, and the rest of those old people are actually students. The average age of a WSU student is something like 27.
So yeah, noob. Just keep running your mouth. Most of us have families, jobs, classes, or other such pursuits that occupy our time and money too. You're not special.
Either She or her husband or both of them are students. They have every right to be there. Even if they weren't students they would still have every right to be there because the student section is also the GA section.
They get there earlier than everyone else and wait in line several hours to get those seats. The younger students are not motivated enough to do that. I am glad we have some fans that are that dedicated.

I went to the Evansville game and they said nothing to any of us fans, nice folks lol. They only tried to harass GM (Sears Suits & NIT Invite) and Hatch (Boyfriend painted his toe nails). The student section was a joke of about 20 students. I have seen worse fans at the Biddy Gym. When you go to the road games you realize how good we do have it here.
From student to family man to old man. The students complaining about the old people will soon be the old people getting complained about.
I loved the Florida St game but my favorite was against sCUm Bluejays in 2006 when Matt hit the 3 ball in the corner in ot for the win. Here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8T4aUW7DH-Q"First off, it was great to come here and play. It was a great atmosphere - an unbelievable home court. What great basketball fans in Wichita. This city has a lot to be proud of with fans like that." Coach Bobby Cremmins

Perhaps the younger students: have class, are involved in campus organizations, have a job, are studying, have a life, etc. and cannot afford to stand outside of the arena for 6 hours before the game (like the people who are "students"). I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.The Assman
