I'm still pulling for Northern Iowa....I'm hoping Missouri State loses though. I would like to see them doubting themselves a little bit going into the stretch.
They better watch out for SIU...they have gained some confidence after we laid down for them.
So many things going right for WSU in other games.
Just too bad we let the BB game eliminate WSU from the at large pool.
I hope you aren't knocking BracketBusters. Whose fault is it for dropping yet another turd at home? This was our best chance to make a statement in the OOC schedule and we blew it again.
We simply aren't an at-large caliber team and this just prove it yet again.
Oh and please delete this thread.
BB stinks. It does nothing but eliminate some non-BCS teams from being considered for the dance.
The mediocre BCS teams must love this event. They get to sit back and watch a bunch of middies eliminate each other creating more slots for the BCS weaklings.
Lunardi had us IN before this game. If this game weren't on our schedule we could have beaten CU and SWOMO and been dancing this year.

Now we are ELIMINATED!
And if we would have won the game, we would have boosted our profile and would have been more securely in.
Yeah, I can see why you don't like the BB event. Apparently, the Valley isn't good enough for the BB's. Not the other way around. We're a bunch of panzy pretenders and your puddy attitude belongs in a women's locker room.
We ELIMINATED OURSELVES. WIN THE DAMN GAME AT HOME OR GO THE EFF HOME, you whiny ass baby.
Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

I agree that we eliminated ourselves, but isn't this a little over the top? There's something about name-calling in the forum rules I believe. Not tryin to be a prude, just sayin.

Sorry. After reading through 27 posts of shox1989 parading around his blame for WSU's demise on the Bracketbuster event, that extra phrase slipped out.
I apologize for the whiny ass baby remark, but he is being whiny. That isn't technically name-calling when I say it like that, right? 8)

well, yes and no.....I agree that WSU is as TALENTED as those teams...maybe more so....but the absence of signature wins(through in many ways, no fault of WSU, who can't get those teams to play)hurts...Nebraska,for example, has wins over Texas AND Texas A+M, both which were both at least top 13 when they played them, but that is purely the benefit of being in a strong league.... I guess the bottom line is, until the BCS teams are FORCED to play non BCS schools, you better win your home games and your few chances at the 'big boys'.
