So, getting back to the original topic of this thread... how about if we all agree that whatever the problem is with Koch Arena this year, it's not the crowd? They could scarcely have been -- or looked -- much better, and yet the team dozed off again. How loud does the alarm clock have to be?

Instead of trying to whip up the crowd during the game, Marshall needs to do his work ahead of time: have the guys pack their bags before the Creighton game, ride out to where they normally leave via the charter, hang around for awhile, and then all take a bus over to Coach's house for a sleepover Tuesday night.

Oh, and by the way: Ragland did not foul Rodriguez.

Did your precious little dance have any effect on the game?

Did your loud, plain noise have any effect on the previous 3 L's at home?

The ones all by three points? There's a million things you can point to turn a three-point loss into a win.

MSU: 52% FT, 27% vs. 50% from three, 64 vs. 70 possessions... I could go on...

UNI: outrebounded by one, 11 vs. 6 TOs, 20 vs. 13 PFs, and yet we still outplayed them until the end.

SIU: SNOWSTORM. 20% from three, 36% overall. Again, we had them beat until the end.

This team's killer instinct is a bigger issue than the crowd, along with the myriad problems we cover every game.

Agreed, which is why your original question was unnecessary. The "precious little dance" adds to the atmosphere of the place and it looks good on tv and to everybody else. And anything that makes WSU look good is a good thing.

What dance are you talking about? I watched the game on TV and I don't remember seeing any student dance?

When did it occur? I don't think I missed any of the telecast.

It was during the media timeout and I saw the cameras panned on them. I guess those must have been in-house cameras. I would have thought ESPN would have shown some tape because it was pretty cool. Sorry they missed it.
