Rewind it and watch. He lowered it when he tried to squeeze by on the drive. Hit the guy in the chest. So unless you believe Hatch is 5'6", he lowered his shoulder.

The defender initiated the contact. If the ref had called the first foul, Hatch wouldn't have lowered his shoulder. :posterwsu:
