Wichita State at UNI Game Thread

3 things I loved about this game:

1) Hatch played like Hatch again, great game Graham.
2) Loved the way Smith silenced the crowd with his 3's.
3) Towards the end of the game, "Blocked by Orukpe".

The team played well overall, Good game by Durley, Blair, Ellis, Murry.
Ragland played well too, although I expected his outside shooting to be better with his last year stats.

Did Kyles play tonight, don't remember him being in?

Great game by the Shox. Coach kept the lineup consistent for the most part. Both runs by UNI were when he had too few starters in. It is starting to look like there cannot be a time when at one of Durley and/or Blair are not on the floor.

Graham and Aaron had big games tonight as did Ben Smith.

Toure looked like the Toure of old not playing the point. Durley carried this team despite only having 8 points.

Bright Lights, Camera, Action, Road Warriors at 7-0 on the road. 57.7% from the field. No James gang tonight like in Wichita. When the Shocks play Valley games on the road this Season, fans at these locations can White Out, Black Out, or Pass Out, because we keep winning by double digits. 21-5 now. Rags had 8 assists, 8 points and only 2 turnovers. Nice to see our Hatch-back hitting the shots. Ellis and Ben did very good off the bench tonight. Nice win Shocks!!!!!!! ESPN2 win baby!!!! Kyles only played 6 minutes tonight. Was part of the lineup in the first half that gave up our double digit lead.

Just absolutely spanked'em. Owned them. Destroyed them on national TV at their place to boot. I enjoyed that win more than Creighton. UNI now with three game losing streak...the ship is sinking and pretty soon all of the rats will be jumping ship.

If it's not obvious, I can't stand UNI. Not even the officials could stop our boys tonight!
