I seldom receive mine until about the week before tournament time.

search for every prior years "I/WSU got screwed by the ticket office or MVC on our seats" thread and you should get a good idea on when they'll show up

I actually asked the ticket office this yesterday, and they said they should start to mail them out in the middle of febuary
