Ok, so the first day of the tournament gets disrupted by weather. Nothing new, but there are four first and second round games to be played each Tuesday and Wednesday.
What happens if games are delayed 3, 4, or 5 hours plus delays in the middle? Are we going to have an MVC version of "Baseball 'round the Clock"?
What would really suck is if WSU's game doesn't get played today. With the championship game set for Sat. afternoon, I don't think there is any possibility that Jordan Cooper would take the mound on 2 days rest. I don't think the final game will be moved due to TV.
Thank goodness the whole field is now turf. At least, if the rain stops, games can resume quickly.
