This was a subject touched on a while back, but it's worth a thread of its own at this point as the season winds down.
So -- now that we're looking ahead to the games that really count, after the end of the semester, what is the likelihood that Brian Flynn might be able to return and would do so? And if so, would he be ready to make a worthwhile contribution? Lord knows the Shocks could use another capable pitcher.
Obviously, if he can and does return it would use up a year of his eligibility for not many games -- but somehow his academic performance so far causes me to think Flynn isn't exactly planning to stick around until graduation anyway, assuming the pros have an interest in him before then.
