I'm done with the coaches show as long as it's still on 1410.I've tried to listen this season and without fail they always lose connection or communication and have to cut to 3 or 4 minutes of commercials right in the middle of Shane or Gene answering a question.I'll still listen to Kemnitz's show on 1330 but as for Gene's,I'm done.Sorry for the rant but I think those of us who tune in weekly deserve better.

I can understand your frustration with us, believe me we are just as frustrated. The problems we are having without getting too technical have to do with the phone line we must use at the host site. When you are listeneing to any live broadcast and there are cut out problems it is generally a phone line issue. We have exhuasted all remedies with their phone provider and will be switching to a different piece of equipment that won't be digital quality, but will enable us to do the show without the cut outs. Sorry for your frustrations with us.

Please change the morning show! I haven't been able to listen since TB left. tHe show is really bad now and I find anything else to listen to. Additioanlly when I listen on my way to work sometime between 8:00 and 8:45 it is nothing but advertisments and pick em. I get no info during that 30 minutes. I like Chris but the show has been going downhill for a while now and unfortunalty it keeps getting worse.

Too illustrate how bad it has gotten, I change feom mike and mike on 1240 during commercials to 1330 instead of enduring the 1410 show.

I really want to hear more about of Gene explanation that a team doesn't have to have a good hitting team to actually score runs in college baseball.

Wow another Shockernet Jacka$$. It's common knowledge radio isn't free to air however from the 8 to 9 time slot they basically have nothing but advertisments and it makes for bad radio. Thanks for the enlightening comment though.

i want to hear that one too. but more to hear what he considers a good hitting team.

I think where he was going (of course radio difficulties didn't let me finish hearing) was you could be a good offensive team without putting up gaudy batting averages by being fundamentally sound and efficient with the opportunities they get.

but i would put being fundamentally sound and efficient with the opportunities part of being a good hitting team.

problem though is everyone makes this team sound fundamentally deficient. and some of the cuts i saw thenm take against nebraska bears that out.

Are you dense? It's the fact that they squeeze in nothing but advertising during that time slot and give no relevant sports information. Good radio does both!
