DiamondBacks manager won the NL award but you have to admire Clint Hurdle for what he did with the Rockies.

If Holliday doesn`t win the NL MVP, I`ll consider the voters and voting system to be a joke. It`s clearly the obvious that the Rockies are never shown on TV during regular season & that sports people consider them a small market team that doesnt deserve any recognition.

Melvin is a good choice. He took a team to the playoffs that gave up more runs than they scored. That's some luck, black magic, and great managing. Philly mgr. Manuel got second in the voting for standing in the dugout and watching the Mets self destruct! Hurdle should have been in the top 2.
