              Preston Freaking Springer
“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

This part of the line-up is what should make the Shox much better this season. With Springer, McKeever, and Bennet in the 3-4-5 in some order, teams won't be able to skate through the heart of the order. Jones needs to follow up that trio with a solid OBP or be dropped to 8th or 9th. In reality, I would go:

                Hall
                Baez
                Springer
                McKeever
                Bennett
                Harbutz
                Lassley
                Grimes
                Jones

Hall is too good and too fast to be down at #9.

It's looking more-and-more like we don't have to sweat if we will break 5 runs against teams like Tabor and North Dakota State like we did last year. I am really loving what the guys are doing.

Now let's keep pounding USA and not let up our foot off their throat!

OK. Jonesy doing what needs to be done in the 6 hole.

Hall is a prototype leadoff guy -- if he can reach. The way these guys are hitting, he's gonna have to earn that position. :)
