I'm at work with no sound on my computer :cry: ... but I'm pretty sure Gene is saying this is the year we go to the CWS! Did I read his lips correctly?

Gene was the guest on the Sunday night sports show on KWCH.

He was talking about the first day of practice, they did the segment from the new indoor practice facility.

It was the most relaxed and in good spirits that I have seen Gene in years (maybe ever). :wsu_posters:

Just my opinion, but Gene does sound a little optimistic
