Ok, so this week I was in Houston for family stuff (tm). There was just no time to listen to the shocker games. In fact, I barely even got them downloaded for this drive back.
Houston to Dallas was just nutty traffic so I couldn't listen for that leg.
But I left Dallas this morning in the passanger seat and Wednesday's game in my ear. Holy crap was I excited as I drove through Denton and I heard RJ's Grand Slam! Wow!
By the time I got to Purcell, Oklahoma I was done. Shox were down 6 to 4 and Remmy was taking the mound. Chris O doesn't make a catch. They go up 7 to 4. I couldn't take it anymore. This season has just been too ... well you know. So I paused it and opened up google reader and finally checked the sports section and see we managed to come back! The CU game was meaningless but we got no hit? UGH I think. I'm almost afraid to look at the next game but I figure why not ... HOLY CRAP!
So I looked over at my GPS - 192 miles to go ... oh yea, I'll be there.
