  • UNI's Travis Bennett considering Shockers

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

I would think it would be unlikely that WSU would offer him any scholarship $$$ considering that he only has one year of eligibility remaining.

Of course, Bennett's numbers look pretty good this season and the Shox might see him as a stop-gap measure for next season help.

We need an offense. A one-year player who can hit would be fine with me.
Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful:
Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

Travis might add to some badly needed leadership on the field as well.

I hope UNI finishes strong and sneaks into the valley tourney so I can get a look at Travis in person. We could use the .342 BA in our hitting challenged outfield.

I presume there is no penalty for a transfer when a school drops the athletic program you are in?
