not really, I'd feel better if this team would start playing like the team that beat Nebraska, and Pepperdine and Long Beach St. Unfortunately that team is dead and gone, now all we have left is a team with no heart, no desire, and quite frankly, not much talent.

The Shockers (and you) are experiencing problems with their medulla oblongata's.

Just shows how much you know about this game.

Nebraska is 18-21, in last place in the Big 12, losing like 12 of their last 13 games. They suck.

Pepperdine was horribly overrated from the beginning of the year. They're about 7 games above .500.

Long Beach State is also major suckage with a stellar 17-19 record.

        Your ignorance is amazing.
        Deuces Valley.
        ... No really, deuces.

You have to high of opinion of the MVC.

WSU is in 5th in the MVC, 2.5 games ahead of the 7th place team, so by definition WSU deserves to be in the MVC tournament (at least as of today).

No I am sure that we will win enough games in the valley to get into the valley tournament, my point was the way the team is playing right now, it wouldn't surprise me if they finished below 6th and got into the valley tournament because of an absurd rule. However, the way they got manhandled at Missouri State last weekend against a team I didn't feel was too impressive either, I just don't know what to think about this team right now. At least they beat teams like Nebraska and Pepperdine, even if they are having down years. It's just frustrating to see a team go from playing pretty solid baseball to not being able to hit, field, pitch, throw, or anything else.

Fanmas, I understand your thought process and appreciate your frustration, however, you need to just chill-ax a little bit. Sooner or later, our consecutive 40 win seasons streak was going to come to an end. It was an impressive run, but nothing lasts forever.

Everybody has down years, and we are not immune to such an event. Look at LSU a few years back, Long Beach this year as well as Nebraska. OU was down a year ago. Heck, Oregon State coming off back-to-back CWS championships finished last year with a 28-24 record. I think we all believed that could never happen to us.

Well it has, and next season is going to be marginally better at best, so just prepare yourself. We just need to get healthy, not get hammered again in the MLB draft and if our top recruits for the next season stick with us, we will be back to normal. But that is a big if.

I would just like to introduce myself to the Shocker offense, feel free to cross me as many times as you would like from here on out, I know we don't know each other that well, but I would really like to get to know as many of you as possible.

                  ;-) ;-) ;-)

                    Oh, come on now SEK.

The Shockers are just living in the 21st Century. You can't live as high on the hog as he have for as long as we have, and not spread the wealth.

You can't expect Gene and the boys to be inhospitable while at home, and not allow the other team to enjoy themselves. Also, you can't expect Gene and the boys to walk into someone else's house and crash the party?

We had our two years. The public has spoken, that is enough. It is time for them to play half-@$$ and someone else enjoy what it feels like.

Dang, Mox, I thought you knew!
