12:31 p.m.Rain, rain, rain, rain. Not playing at 1 p.m., that’s for sure. Maybe later. Apparently, the teams are prepared to wait until late afternoon. The radar does not look promising for at least two-three hours.

I may go to the clubhouse to see if Gene Stephenson is taking batting practice like he did during a lengthy delay in Evansville last season.

According to the MSU website the game is planned to start around 4:30pm

Right now the MSU website is saying 5pm (for their TV video).

According to shockwaves, MVC will only allow a game to start NLT than 6pm.

Considering the series is in Springfield, Missouri, I really don't see how Wichita has anything to do with.. well, anything..

Springfield had over an inch last night and have already had 1.5" since 6:00 am today.

Perfect example of what is wrong with this team - Jones hits a fly ball that he expects to get caught so he doesn't hustle on it. When SWMO drops it he has to stay a first. Attitude.

Then Ryan Jones gets picked off. You bench a player like this.

If you don't have the desire to hustle every time you hit the ball, then hit the pine. 8)
