No sir, you do not. You do however need one if you do the book store which is now down for 20% off tomorrow. Max 30% so one more HR gives us our big discount.

Last year I'm pretty sure you could go as high as 40%.

Definitely seems like it. If you start it within 10 or 15 minutes of start time, it seems to work perfectly. If not, it seems like you get screwed with a crappy connection. This is exactly how it was in basketball too. I just don't get it.
