Cody must be one strong little SOB with quick bat. Most of us have seen 100's of hard hit drives knocked down by the nasty Northers that blow in this time of the year. It does indeed take a mighty blast to cut through such a cold, strong wind.

They seem to play everyone tough. They lost 15 games last year by 2 runs or less.

Cody Lassley's BOMB was the hit of the game, but Grant Moncrief's third to first pick off was the play of the game WOW.

Everyone plays us tough, or at least they have the mentality to. We are WSU Baseball, we get everyone's best shot. This year, with all the inexperience on this team, the teams we face smell blood in the water and see that we are vulnerable. I'm hoping we can fend off enough foes to get to 40 wins.
